The Summerlynd Community Land Trust neighborhood is an 11-home high-density neighborhood and is a joint-build project with Skagit Habitat. Home Trust contracted with BYK Construction who built homes at cost.
Channel Cove is Home Trust’s small community neighborhood located in La Conner. The homes are a mix of ownership as well as rentals. As with Summerlynd, some homes on site were built in partnership with Skagit Habitat.
Home Trust of Skagit has several homes in the CLT scattered throughout Skagit County. Residents own their own homes but pay a small lease fee to Home Trust of Skagit. Residents enjoy the benefits of belonging to a community land trust while living where they choose.
