In addition to the home ownership program, Home Trust of Skagit has cottage style rental units in the Channel Cove neighborhood in LaConner.  If you are interested in renting one of these units, the process begins by completing and submitting EITHER the 2024 Tenant Application Packet English OR Spanish along with $60.00 for a background check. NOTE: to be eligible, your household income cannot exceed Very Low Income Limits of 50% of the area medium income as established by the Department of Health and Human Services. Income Limit areas are based on the fiscal year of Fair Market Rent areas.
